At MJNI Projects Inc., we believe strong business relationships should create lasting value, not just for our clients, but for the communities we serve. That's why we're introducing MJNI Builds Better Communities, a referral and client appreciation initiative that turns commercial construction partnerships into meaningful community support.
Returning Client Appreciation
For every eligible repeat commercial renovation, tenant improvement, or property maintenance contract valued at $10,000 or more, MJNI Projects Inc. will donate $150 to an eligible local charity or community initiative selected by our client.
Community Referral Appreciation
Refer a general contractor, property manager, commercial building owner, or business to MJNI Projects Inc. When your referral results in a completed and fully paid project valued at $10,000 or more, we'll donate $250 to an eligible Fort McMurray charity or community project of your choice, in appreciation of your support.

From supporting local schools and youth programs to helping community organizations improve their facilities, every qualifying project becomes an opportunity to make a difference.
To refer someone, call 780-714-1777 or email michael@mjniprojects.com with their name and number, or ask them to mention your name when they request a quote.
Building Relationships. Delivering Results. Giving Back. Donations are made directly by MJNI Projects Inc. to approved organizations. No cash rewards are paid to individuals. Offers are subject to eligibility, project completion, and applicable client procurement policies.
How does MJNI's referral program work?
Refer a general contractor, property manager, building owner or business to MJNI Projects. When the referral becomes a completed and fully paid project of $10,000 or more, MJNI donates $250 to an eligible Fort McMurray charity or community project you choose. Returning clients earn a $150 donation on eligible repeat contracts.
