What does MJNI Projects do?
MJNI Projects Inc. is a commercial renovation, interior systems and general contracting company in Fort McMurray. It handles tenant improvements, commercial renovations, steel stud framing, drywall, T-bar ceilings, flooring, property maintenance and small repairs, plus residential renovations, across the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Can you send a certificate of insurance and WCB clearance?
Yes. MJNI Projects Inc. is licensed, fully insured and covered by WCB, and provides its documentation, such as a certificate of insurance and a WCB clearance letter, before work begins. Ask for them with your quote request if your property manager or general contractor needs them on file.
What are MJNI's business hours?
MJNI Projects is open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Call 780-714-1777 during those hours, or send the quote form or email michael@mjniprojects.com any time and MJNI will get back to you. Site visits can be booked online from the Book a site visit page.
Can MJNI build from my drawings and specifications?
Yes. MJNI Projects builds to the drawings and specifications for the job, including wall types, ceiling grids, finish levels and flooring products. If you do not have drawings yet, MJNI can walk the space with you, confirm the scope in writing and price it from there.
Who will I deal with on my project?
One point of contact runs your project from the estimate to handover, so you are not passed between people. That person confirms the scope, the schedule and any changes with you in writing, coordinates the work on site, and walks the finished space with you before handover.
